You may also print out a Registration Form and return it to Hospice Foundation. Registration for Walk for Hospice is FREE. We do encourage walkers to raise money through donations. Pledge Forms and Pledge Receipts can also be downloaded for printing. Each donor should receive a receipt for their donation. All proceeds benefit Center for Hospice Care. The money you raise allows CHC to remain true to our promise of never turning away anyone in need of our services, regardless of their ability to pay.
