Nearly 400 walkers and their families participated in the 27th Annual Walk for Hospice on September 30, 2012 at Newton Park in Lakeville. Participants, staff, and volunteers enjoyed entertainment, warm-up exercises and snacks as they helped raise money for Center for Hospice Care. Recycled/New Pallets of Elkhart was the Walk Benefactor last year.

The motivation for participating in this annual event is as diverse as the walkers themselves. Participants come from across the United States and from all age groups. Here are some pictures of the 2012 event.
