26th Annual Walk for Hospice
Mark your calendar... to join us for this year's Walk for Hospice on October 9, 2011 at Newton Park, Lakeville. Teams, families and individuals are all welcome. It's a wonderful way to remember a loved one, to give back and to raise funds to support the Center for Hospice Care's commitment to providing care for those in need of services, regardless of their ability to pay.
Last year's event raised more than $40,000 to help CHC patients and their families. Thanks to all who participated and we hope to see you again this year!
